PACKAGES GENERAL CONDITIONS

1) OF SERVICES:
The organizers or intermediaries are obliged only to fulfill and make the specified services fulfilled, inclusive about the schedule. The guided tours include services mentioned in the itineraries. The meals mentioned in the programs will be served in a common restaurant, menu and time.

2) OF PRICES:
The prices are quoted in US Dollar and won’t be changed before December 31. Prices do not include boarding taxes, documentation, baggage excess, extra services in the hotels like laundry, phone calls, beverages or any other service or meal not mentioned in the itineraries, which should be paid directly by the passenger. The organizers reserve themselves the right to alter, in the whole or in part, the contracted services, to assure the good development of the tour.

3) OF RESERVATIONS:
On the reservation, with an anticipation of 15 days, the passenger’s age and language should be informed, as well as type of accommodation and any special recommendation. Groups should have the reservation made with an anticipation of 20 days. In both cases, reservation must be accompanied by a down payment of 30 %, and the rest can be billed.

4) OF PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS:
The total rest of the payment for reserved services will be done through a VOUCHER, with a ten-day term, counted from the beginning of the services.

When cancellations are made between 7 and 5 days before services beginning, there will be a charge of one night of each of the hotels mentioned in the itinerary chosen, as well as communication costs and other imposed by suppliers. Cancellations made 4 or fewer days before services beginning will be considered no-shows.

5) OF PASSENGERS RESPONSIBILITY:
The services voluntarily not used by passengers will not be refunded. Kanzen Viagens e Turismo Ltda., as intermediary between passengers and service suppliers, like hotels, transport companies, restaurants, etc., is not responsible for any deficiency of services provided. Passengers shall obtain documents proving eventual failures in these services for future compensations, when that is the case.

6) OF TRAVEL RISKS:
The passengers will be responsible for their personal belongings, documents, values, luggage, etc., following safety rules in the hotels, streets, etc. The organizers suggest that insurance shall be made before the beginning of the trip.

7) OF ALTERATIONS:
The organizers and service suppliers reserve themselves the right of altering the itinerary, or the order of hotels in it, without previous notice, and by reasons of force, always looking for the best solutions in the passengers interest.

8) OF THE ORGANIZERS RESPONSIBILITY:
The tour organizers are morally responsible, as travel agents with long experience in providing good quality services, choosing good hotels and terrestrial transportation. The specific and general conditions for the supplying of services offered are part of EMBRATUR Deliberation nº 161, of August 9, 1985, which copy is at passenger’s disposal at the agency’s office or in the travel bureaus. This, are null all conditions that go against this Deliberation, in its whole or in part. The organizers reserve themselves the right to put aside from the tour any participant that attempt against the good moral behavior, or that present any obstacle for the fulfilling of the itinerary, case in which the person will be refunded of the value corresponding to the part not completed.

9) ACCEPTANCE:
In accepting to participate of any of the tours, the passenger declares to know and agree with these General Conditions and with the program of the tour chosen. In case of a judicial quarrel occur, the Court of Cuiabá is, from now, elected, with renunciation of any other.

10) OF VALIDITY:
The programs, prices and General Conditions will remain valid until December 31 of current year, except when other date is indicated.
